My work is rooted in life strategy, the decisions, habits, systems, and mindset shifts that help women build lives that feel as good as they look.

Through conversations, workshops, speaking engagements, strategy sessions, and community experiences, I help women gain clarity, make decisions, and take ownership of what's next.

Before I taught women how to move with strategy, I had to learn how to do it myself.
​
I used these same principles to earn three promotions in under three years inside a Fortune 500 company, grow from entry-level leadership into senior-level management, and create mentorship programs that helped other women develop and advance along the way.
​
I hold an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, but what shaped this work most wasn't the classroom.
​
It was applying the principles in real time.
​
Everything I teach sits at the intersection of life strategy, confidence, execution, and faith. I believe growth requires more than ambition. It requires participation. It requires clarity. It requires structure.
And I've learned that most women don't lack potential.

They lack a blueprint.
